How to Join
You can attend a class to try it out at any time. Once you decide to join the class, go to the courtesy counter to get signed up.

Non YMCA Member using Group Exercise Classes
- Non-Members may attend group exercise classes on a daily basis by paying the group exercise day pass guest fee of $10.
- Pay for the month and you can attend as many classes as you want!

Ageless Yoga
This class features elements of traditional Ashtanga Yoga such as sun salutations, standing and seated poses, and breathe work. this practice will build strength, aid balance and weight loss, while reducing stress and increasing vitality. the class is popular with both men and women of all ages.
BodyPUMP
The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body under the instruction of our certified LES MILLS™ instructors. Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
BodyCOMBAT
Grit STRENGTH
STRENGTH is a 30-min. high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness & build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate & bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Grit CARDIO
CARDIO is a 30-min. high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn. That uses a variety of body weight exercises to provide the challenge you need to get results fast.
Fluid Fusion
Takes you beyond the normal limits to the great depths of the pool for an exhilarating exercise experience in the water!
Fun Fit H20
Whatever your age or fitness level, H20 is a warm water exercise that’s gentle on the joints. It’s an especially effective option if you’re suffering from arthritis or recovering from a recent injury.
Indoor Cycling
A class that will lead you through an indoor bike cycling journey that simulates a variety of terrains, hills, and intervals. Great for toning the lower body as well as the heart and lungs!
Indoor Cycling Rules and Regulations
- Each bike participant must save their own bike for Indoor Cycling. No bikes may be saved for other members.
- Bikes are not to be pulled away from the wall until 10 minutes before class starts.
Rock Steady Boxing
FIGHTING BACK AGAINST PARKINSON’S This non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness routine is proving to dramatically improve the ability of people with Parkinson’s to live independent lives. At any stage of Parkinson’s Disease, Rock Steady Boxing can delay the progression of symptoms and lead people to a healthier and happier life.
SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers® Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
SilverSneakers® Splash
Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required and a SilverSneakers® kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.
Slow Flow Yoga
Tai Chi SUN Style
Tai Chi is the slow and harmonious physical fitness system of gentle stretching, calm movement, and relaxation that has been practiced in China for thousands of years to achieve and maintain wellness. Therapeutic Tai Chi has been developed with the guidance of medical doctors, physical therapists, psychologists, and exercise physiologists to benefit people of all ages and abilities.
Yoga Flow
For personal growth and health, with vinyasa style flow, breath work, and meditation for all levels and ages. Come to the mat to relax and return what you need to yourself. Yoga Flow is held by Emily.
Yin Yoga
A more restful class that works deeply into the connective tissue & joints. Most poses are mat based & are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga focuses on restoring flexibility while providing a more relaxing experience.
