Yoga Flow

For personal growth and health, with vinyasa style flow, breath work, and meditation for all levels and ages. Come to the mat to relax and return what you need to yourself.

Novice Yoga

For learning the poses, their names, and practicing the alignment for poses. We also cover breath work, meditation and yoga knowledge. All levels are welcome.

Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating

The Mendota YMCA is a Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating pickup location.

Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating provides meals designed for both health and convenience. Meals are freshly prepared and delivered in sets of 12 meals (4 days of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners) or 9 meals (3 days of breakfasts lunches and dinners).

How to Order
Meals can be pre-ordered through seattlesutton.com or by calling 815-434-4484.

Order by 10am on Friday to receive meals on Monday.

Order by 9am on Tuesday to receive meals on Thursday.

Located in the front lobby, Seattle Sutton coolers hold pre-ordered meal sets with customers names for easy and quick pickup.

Mendota YMCA Youth Basketball League – March

Grades K-5th

The Mendota Area YMCA Youth Basketball League is a program to not only teach the fundamentals of basketball, but also to help youth begin to acquire agility and hand-eye coordination.

Easter Egg Hunt – April
Soccer Tots & Little Kicks Soccer –May

Ages 2-5 years Old

This 5-week skills camp is designed to introduce structure, rules, and discipline of soccer through fun games and interaction with constantly changing activities to learn the basics like ball control, passing, and shooting.

Summer Adventure Camp – June – July

Ages 4-12

This camp is made for the ultimate summer experience for your child. Arts and crafts, along with exploring the nature around Mendota’s own adventurous lake!

After School Program – August – May

At the Y, we are creating a curriculum that focuses both on creating an academically stimulating environment as well as an environment that promotes an overall positive physical well-being.

Monday – Friday After School until 5:30pm

NFL Flag Football League – August – October

Grades K-5th

NFL Flag Football by the Mendota Area YMCA is a 5-week league which runs September to October. Teams practice one day a week to learn the fundamentals of football, with games on Saturdays.

Youth Volleyball – November

Grades 5-8

The Youth Volleyball programs instructs students in the skills and rules of the sport of volleyball. The 5-week program will work on footwork, serving, and the different forms of contacts with the ball.

Parents’ Nights Out – Once a month

Ages 4-12

Parents’ Nights Out run once a month in which youth enjoy arts and crafts, have open gym, or learn new and exciting games while parents get a much-needed break.
