GROUP CLASSES

If you are looking for a fun exercise class in the pool, JOIN US! You don’t have to be a senior—or even an avid swimmer—to get a great workout in the water. Whatever your age or fitness level, H20 is a warm water exercise that’s gentle on the joints. It’s an especially effective option if you’re suffering from arthritis or recovering from a recent injury.

For a soothing exercise environment, try the SilverSneakers® water exercise class, Silver Splash. You don’t need to know how to swim. A SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to increase strength, and for stability and balance in the water. Members with arthritis or other joint conditions will find the water comforting and the non-impact workout invigorating.

It is fun and easy with long-lasting results. Improve your endurance and get a great workout! Thirty minutes of brisk water walking equals one hour of land walking. Walk the River Circle and chart your miles. Earn a free tee shirt for completing fifty miles!

Leisure Pool/Lazy River

Swim for fun and fitness. Do your workout and log your miles. Record-keeping sheets are located on the pool deck. No time limit. Swim at your own pace. Complete the 50-mile swim and receive a complimentary free tee shirt.
